So I will start by saying the last time I actively played this game was a month ago on windows 8.1 and I now sit here on windows 10. I have noticed no negative difference in other games until playing this game today. I was in a big bio lab fight where I would get like 80-100+ FPS previously, but now dipped in the high 30s and low 40s. What happened? Was there some update that really hurt performance or is it the OS?
Maybe with your new OS you reset your PS2 graphical settings and now they're all turned to "Crush my framerate plx"
There's also the chance that you had some custom settings in your card's control panel that were lost when you upgraded.
