Can anyone use this gun? I'm still utterly confused by the description that makes it seem like an anti-infanrty weapon when its small aoe and terrible, terrible aim and range make it useless for such a role. As an anti-tank weapon, well surely the E540 Halberd is just superior for its ability to hit stuff. It can even be used effectively against individual infantry if your gunner can aim worth a damn. What's its point?
