Greetings- DJO is looking for an active, deserving Planetside 2 outfit to add to its community. DJO is a Gaming Community that has been around for over 15 years now, that is home to various individual clubs (or gaming divisions) under a single domain. However, we are not just some club hosting service. Think of us as a club OF clubs. Our members are held to a high standard and some of our clubs have gone on to be among the most respected organizations in their games. In addition to being a home for gamers of every play style, our staff (made entirely of volunteers from the membership) does provide completely free hosting and a wealth of services to our clubs, including: Webspace and a short url (youroutfit.darkjedi.org) Community Teamspeak Server, as large as the community requires, with admin over a section you can expand to your liking Web and graphics design support Customizable Forums (we call them Comlinks) Comprehensive Member Bios and Awards system, allowing you to give your members all manner of campaign ribbons and medals Access to a broad community stretching across many games, genres, and generations of gamers For some examples of what you could do with your outfit in our community, take a look at the Imperial Ground Forces and the Golden Foxes. Right now, DJO doesn’t have any significant support for Planetside 2, and it’s something we’d like to see our community expand to. That’s why we’re opening up to applications from the Planetside 2 community for an existing and established outfit to move in with us and become our official Planetside 2 Gaming Division. You keep your outfit name, identity, ranks, and whatever else, but get all the benefits of being part of our larger community. You can read more details on this page. At this time, we are open to accepting up to one interested and deserving outfit from each faction into our community. Active for this question means someone who has posted on your boards within the last month, and/or been seen online and in-game with other club members within the last month. General Club History - You don't have to write a book, but we would like to know a bit about how your club got started, how long it's been around, and the nature of it. Contact Info - We're going to want to talk to you if we're considering you, so please give us an e-mail address and preferably some sort of IM (xfire, ICQ, MSN, etc) that we can reach you at, as well as a good time to catch you on.
