I haven't really seen this happen. I try to revive anyone and everyone I see. I don't mind who it is. If I revive the other medics, it's more chance that as a group we will win the fight. Sometimes I may even revive another medic first if a few are dead in a group, in case I get killed. With the highest lvl medi tool, it's super quick to revive, and sometimes I manage to do it before dying.
I actually don't heal anyone if there are enemies within range that I can shoot. I'll rezz if it is safe. So in a lot of ways I play the game like it is BF3.
