So currently we have in the game:
    a fast flying dumbfire
    a high damage dumbfire
a dumbfire that can lockon to air
a dumbfire that can lockon to ground
a lockon that can lockon to air and ground

let's look at what you gain and lose if you chose different launchers than the default dumbfire:
the Decimator has: ~1/3 more damage but a slower projectile
the aa lockon has: same damage ( but different air resists) and a slower projectile, but lockon
the ground lockon: basicly the same for ground. (and a bit more splash)
the allround lockon: the same as the other lockons statwise, but no dumbfire.

so is there a real choice what launcher you take? NOPE, aside from the annhilator.
so the launchers are all very versatile and have no diversity whatsoever.

    how can we fix that?
the default launcher should be the easiest to use, with a higher projectile speed and more splash
the decimator should be the high risk, high reward weapon, less splash, less projectile speed, but higher direct damage against maxes and vehicles.
the dedicated AA Lock on should actually be the dedicated AA launcher. no dumbfire but decent damage against airtargets.
same for the ground lock on.
the annhilator on the other hand, would then require a severe damage nerf and br about half es effective against ground and air targets, to make you chose between effective AA or AV and not so effective vs both.

i didn't include the ESRL, because they are actully in a good spot, the striker with a high burst damage but little uptime, the lancer with little damage, but high accuracy and the pheonix with a high alpha but low uptime like the striker. they all are decent in soloplay but very good results in coordinated squads.

thanks for your attention, feedback is appreciated :)
