I play engineer a lot of the time, and find the command rose (or whatever it's called) utterly useless. Funnily enough, most times when i use it, rather than it going 'offer repair', it sends the random person a friend request because it's moved. Anyway - I use it often to offer repair/healing/ammo etc but no-one ever responds - likely because they have no idea it's there. It would be great if it either: 1. Sent the player a tell - or if this is too open to abuse 2. Flashes up a small notification somewhere (such as when a player is repairing your vehicle) that a player is offering. This is a small, but very important part of the game I think, because when a tank that's under fire knows you're coming in - or any time you manually send the player a tell, they will almost ALWAYS stop, grateful for the assistance. Right now, that assistance is simply impossible to see - unless you're standing on the tank's hood and jumping up and down that is.
