happen most of the time on the map or while using aircraft wich mean getting own or ramming into a wall ....
If you're using updated gfx drivers, try rolling back to ver 332.21. It should fix your problem with blackscreens.

Just download the 332.21 drivers for your gfx card from the nvidia site. Run the file and make sure you select "clean install" or something along those lines, dont really remember what it says but it's the option that removes everything and does a fresh install. Now you're good to go without any blackscreens. You could also take the long route by uninstalling the drivers manually via the control panel, reboot and install the older 332.21 drivers.
