NSO Engineers unable to complete Explosives Directive

    NSO Engineers are unable to complete Explosives Directive due to duplicate data elements. This is most easily seen under My character -> Stats ->Weapons:

    Tank mine data element 1 has (next to) zero stats:

    Tank mine 2 is tracking stats but no medals/ribbons:

    Proximity mine 1 is tracking stats but no medals/ribbons:

    Proximity mine 2 has zero stats (but show a possible next medal):

    This issue results in
    1.Tank Mines being greyed out in the explosive directive
    2. Proximity mines in directive not showing kills
    which means the Explosives Directive for NSO is not able to be completed.
    Please carefully combine these data elements to preserve existing stats while making the Directive/medals/ribbons start functioning.

    Still an issue, this was not addressed in the NSO patch.

    Not adequately resolved in this patch. Rather than fix the old mines that were tracking stats, they added a new tank mine and likely renamed the previously non-tracking proximity mine to FUSE. This means prior stats are still not counting towards the Explosives Directive. In my case, 1346 tank mines kills and 723 proximity kills.
