[Suggestion] NSO Delayed fire weapons leave nanite DOT

To address the challenges posed by the delayed firing and slow projectile speed of NSO weapons, I suggest introducing a nanite-based Damage-Over-Time (DOT) effect. This compensatory mechanism would be particularly fitting given the absence of the planned havoc mechanic.

For instance, the Dervish XAT's lack of splash damage and the difficulty in landing shots could be offset by this DOT mechanic, which would align well with the weapon's design intent for balance.

Similarly, the NSO MAX's Defector Hummingbird, capable of firing six rounds that can be evaded or outrun, would benefit from such a balance adjustment. Successfully hitting a target, even with a single round, would feel more impactful.

The Grenade Printer feature on the NSO MAX offers a type of damage resistance that allows infantry to escape situations where a MAX from NC, VS, or TR factions would typically eliminate them. Implementing a DOT effect here would help in balancing the scales.

The Heavy G2A Swarm missile, which targets can easily dodge, could apply a DOT effect upon any missile making contact. This adjustment would make the weapon more viable and balanced.

Lastly, the Chimera's rail gun, or PPC, possesses no projectile drop, a characteristic that becomes less significant as all MBTs and tanks now have minimal drop at usual engagement distances due to a universal projectile buff. The rail gun's slower projectile speed and lack of splash damage, when compared to other MBTs, would justify a DOT effect for maintaining balance within its niche role.
