   i was wondering if ther was a way to go back to freelancing for the same sink as locking to a faction.

   Go to the same guy that you went to to lock to a faction.
   
   Locking to a different faction is another 1000 certs.
   
   But.. switching in and out of freelance mode at will is just 1 cert.
