Like the thread title says, I've not been getting the correct amount of certs since the patch. Instead of getting the amount a subscriber, or premium member, would get when I log in, I'm getting the amount a free player would get. I haven't said anything til now because this happened last patch and SOE corrected it. So I've been waiting on this correction, but it's been days since the last patch and still nothing.
