Nonsense! Only one Support Ticket at a time allowed !!

    Just bought Eridani SX5 SMG for VS. After being res'ed the NV sights become opaque and ride too high.

    I go to open a ticket about it but because there is already a Ticket in progress the Help Station Sony system won't allow me to raise another.

    I'm finding faults faster than they can address them.
    That's their fault not mine.
    C'mon SOE pull your finger out and sort this stupid Ticket system out.

    I was told just to add on to the existing ticket and not worry about it.

    Yup, That's what I did but then they replied with " Unfortunately your help request was not clear. " requiring me to explain " I wanted to raise another ticket but your system appears to only accept one ticket process at a time, so I appended it to the open ticket as that was the only option available. "
    They got it in the end but if we were allowed to have open maybe 2 or three tickets at any one time then different issues could be dealt with separately, at their own rates and avoid confusion.
