[Suggestion] Night Vision for vehicles needs a "tweak"

The green filter it currently has is a start.. BUT.... Night Vision on vehicle weapons now has no place at all in the game and we(OUTFIT-X) are hoping to get something done about it. Night Vision in true definition should be taking any type of light source and amplifying it. With Hossin on the verge of release, we need this to work!

During the daytime, it should be useless... if the sun is up, most of the view should be white(super bright green). If you are on Esamir, it could potentially be useless as well since there is no true dark night there. Well lit items in facilities should cause some flooding as well, such as primary base lights, indoor lighting and base shields.

During the night time, the following items should light up flares while using the NV vehicle weapon:

-Accent lights on weapons (the optic lights on Vehicle weapons as well)
-Accent lights on soldiers camos (yes, at night all of us have some sort of led / tron lights on our bodies)
-Inventory and vehicle stations should create ambient lighting for the NV
-Sunder Inventory stations and Ammo/Repair Icons should stand out and create ambient lighting for NV
-Tracers and Muzzle flash, tank rounds and rocket pods
-Vehicle head lights, break lights, and engine components (engine boxes on tanks jets on aircraft)
-Vehicle cockpits (we all know how bright they are at night when driving)
-Jet packs from light assaults should create area light around them as well as light that soldier up
-The LED lights on C4, Anti Personnel mines, and vehicle mines.
-Explosives that are near-by should create a quick "flood" of light in the night vision scope

We discussed this with T-Ray previously on the X-Cast show and he said it would be possible, but may require a few more tweaks and draws from the graphic engine but I think we as a community need to push for this change so that NV has some usage.

Please add other items that you think should light up or flood in the Vehicle Weapon night vision scope.

Maybe future night vision optics have mechanisms in place to prevent being blinded by bright lights.
