There are a few items on the Construction menu that opens via the panel on the rear of the A.N.T. which cost Cortium to unlock/build...and many which show the unlock being available with Certifications or DB Cash only -- when I spend Certifications to unlock one of those items is it unlocked from that point forward, and then after that only costs Cortium to build/place...or do I have to spend Certifications again each time I want to build it in the future? You can spend CERTs instead of cortium to build items that you have already unlocked, so be careful about that.
You spend the big amount (usually atleast 1000 certs) to unlock the item for that character, Or spend DBC to unlock the item on all characters, And then you can use either cortium or a "small" amount of certs to construct the item. (Using certs for construction really isn't worth it)
