If you edit your post, rid of the HTML. It won't render correctly. The third button from the left on the bottom row of the controls is called "Media." Press that button, plug the original youtube URL into the text field on the window that opens up, and accept that. It will format the video into something playable. Like so: It looks like this in the editor (I added a space in between the first square brackets and the tag word to make it readable):
