[Guide] Murphy's Law of Planetside

    Some hard learned tips for playing the game well.

    1. If the enemy is in range, so are you.

    2. Incoming fire has the right of way.

    3. Don't look conspicuous, it draws fire.

    4. There is always a way but it usually involves a cert you need to pay Sony real money for.

    5. The easy way is always mined.

    6. Try to look unimportant, they may be low on ammo.

    7. The enemy invariably attacks on two occasions:
    a. When you're ready for them.
    b. When you're not ready for them.

    8. Teamwork is essential, it gives them someone else to shoot at.

    9. If you can't remember, the claymore is pointed at you.

    10. The enemy diversion you have been ignoring will be the main attack.

    11. If your attack is going well, you have walked into an ambush.

    12. Never draw fire, it irritates everyone around you.

    13. Anything you do can get you shot, including nothing.

    14. Make it tough enough for the enemy to get in and you won't be able to get out.

    15. Never share a Liberator/Prowler/Sunderer with anyone braver than yourself.

    16. If you are short of everything but the enemy, you are in a NC or Vanu territory.

    17. When you have secured an area, don't forget to tell the enemy so they'll remember not to come back.

    18. Friendly Fire Isn't.

    These rules existed before the internet recorded them. It doesn't make them less true...or humorous. I'm of the opinion that the 12 years of work I did serving in the USMC earned me the right to say I learned at least some of these the hard way. I'll admit I took creative license with some to make them applicable to PS though. Thanks for the link and for taking the time to attempt to do...something.
