Here are a few more suggestions to help equalize the medic. 1) Heal and res grenades contain empire specific nanites; they heal/res your faction and deal damage-over-time to the others. 2) While classed as a medic, your K/D is measured by a ratio of res/death 3) Mines that heal/d.o.t. and are triggered by a wounded friendly or an enemy (to add a tactical element to the class) 4) Med kits are provided by a medic daployable (similar to engee ammo packs).
