Are we paying members going to get credit for extended downtime beyond what YOU stated?

    probably not but stil ask.
  2. werzinator

This downtime isn't too bad. Look at Blizzard and the massive downtime they still occassionally have for Diablo 3. Only Blizz can extend 2 hours of maintenance to 8 hours.

Define credit - You're playing a free game for one. Secondly the company is entitled to downtime contractually and they haven't gone grossly overdue once so far during release.

    Least SOE isn't Nexon, lulz.
  5. Sliced

    I guess he's a paying member?
It's pretty stupid to expect some kind of refund, even a partial one if downtime happens.
SoE are entitled to their downtime and people should expect it.
I assume they can change the rules for membership when ever they like, that includes amount of downtime.
Along with that as you never agreed to refunds or credit due to extended downtime means you're not entitled to one.

Along with that, lets say you pay £30 a month (that's a lot more then you pay now I assume?)
That would be around a 0.04p refund per hour. (If you do a 31 day month)
Who asks for 4-8 pence back LOL!
