I'm trying to figure out why my membership went from Silver to Copper. Can anyone from billing please get on this. I have a support ticket that is active for another issue and the system will not allow me to open another until the current ticket is solved. I'm getting ready to do another 3 month sub and I would like some answers on this please. Anyone else have this happen?
Its just a display bug, if you press TaB and look at the listing on the right where the benefits are listed, you will see your still getting the correct membership benefits.
Had the same problem, it said Membership Level: Copper[[[ But it was temporarely, as I logged in yesterday it was back where it belonged.
