Max balance patch

    On the planetside reddit (the place where ps2 devs talks to us) someone made a comparison between the time to kill (ttk) of maxes vs maxes: Link to thread
    He also made several excel sheets and here are the results:

    Time to kill up to 8 m(eter): Link
    Even within the best circumstances an NC Max can get into (close range) it gets outdamaged by its direct counterparts. In some cases it even takes more than twice the time to kill another Max as NC Max than vice versa.

    Time to kill up to 15 m(eter): Link
    Time to kill up to 20 m(eter): Link
    Note: 20 m(eter) is the short side of a double stack house in planetside!

    At this ranges it takes 4 x - 6 x time to kill a TR/VS Max while still being in close to mid range.

    Conclusion: While having no range an NC Max should shine in his only niche (close quarter) but isn't. In fact it is underperforming compared to his counterparts and close to being useless if he cant close the gap.

    Makes nc worst of the 3 at every range, turn vs into gods.

    Today's adjustments are a step in the right direction, increasing ammo capacity across the board and giving back a significant range advantage to the Mattock ( the one everyone uses because of its range advantage ), but we're still going to need bigger magazines for all the shotguns in order to offset the long downtime they suffer currently.

    Fun Fact: Without the ammo increase the NC Max would simple run out of ammo before it manages to kill its counterpart @ the 20 meter range.

    Here are the numbers with newest Mattocks adjustment: LINK
    The time to kill vs Max @ minimum damage range went down from ridiculously bad (30sec) to crap but still better than other shotguns (13 sec).
    The Mattock still gets outclassed by every other Max weapon @ every range by far.

    the damage is still overnerfed, reserve ammon won't do jack.
    the NC max SHOTGUNS still deal LESS DAMAGE than the TR and VS equivalents at ALL RANGES even cqc.
    the damage needs to be a little higher so the shotguns actually do more damage in cqc than TR/VS,
    and the magazine sizes need to be doubled,
    right now they have a tiny fraction of the sustain fire while also doing less damage than TR+VS at every range...

    if you want to nerf damage so hilariously, then you need to bump that mag size,
    cosmos can fire for TWENTY ONE damn seconds before reloading,
    NC shotguns which ALL deal less damage than cosmos at every range can fire for 4-5 seconds.
