Unless new content is weapons. We already have plenty of those. Now new content should be metagame stuff or team support devices such as electronic warfare which scrambles enemy radar and deafens them with white noise, riot shield for heavy assaults when they rush in the meatgrinder or Sunderer bullet deflector aura.
