[Suggestion] Make Phoenix rockets immune to small arms fire.

    From my expirience, there's no complete cover outside of spawnroom. =(
    Also it allready deals so little damage, that an ability to nullify it completely by anyone and their dog looks like overcompensating.

    There may be no complete cover but still its there to compensate for the fact that the guy with the Phoenix doesnt need direct line of sight to the target.
