Major microstuttering

    I've been getting major microstuttering (every 2-3 seconds). It's been happening since the Liberator update. Here are my specs: Cpu- Amd fx-8120 @ 4.3 GHz (just tried moving it down to 3.1 GHz stock, didnt help)
    Gpu- Gtx 770 on 337.50 drivers
    8 gigs of ram
    Installed on ssd
    700w Corsair psu
    Any ideas?

    i5-3570k
    8gb RAM
    SSD
    7870 - AMD 14.2
