Hey, I was on PTS yesterday testing the new update and noticed Major lag spikes when flying around the crown. This also happened to my outfit mates, so I don't beleive its due to my PC or the network connection. The game would freeze for up to 10 seconds, then you'd be teletported to where you should be..
