So lately I've been increasingly playing my NC char, so I've deemed it time to join an outfit. I tend to prefer medium sized outfits and I'm not a fan of zergfits. The outfit leadership is what matters most. I do not want to join an outfit with bad SLs and PLs that is going to constantly get me shoehorned into terrible fights. It has to be a decent outfit that can get stuff done, but I also don't want to join a tryhard milsim outfit or some MLG farmfit that obsesses over stats. I want to join an outfit that knows how to pick its battles, have a good farm, and get **** done without taking itself too seriously. So, does any such outfit exist on Connery NC?
