Except for the dx11 bloom fix update, the rest looks like garbage. I understand the downgrade to the everything but why light density or whatever it is? Seriously looks so bad. After 7 years im about to stop playing the game. This is like turning into free to play cod but in the old times it felt more like simulator we could feel the weight of everything. https://ibb.co/B46QdGR
As it was said in reddit post, it's not a bug. They fixed brightness. They also fixed Bloom. It was turned on all the time regardless of the graphic settings. Try to activate it.
