I'm sorry if there are more topics like this :/,but thinking about the very low chances of getting all the tier 3 and tier 4 implants when you are about to collect them all, maybe SOE would be interested int the following: Tier 1 implant - 250 Certs/100 SC - 0.25 energy per second Tier 2 implant - 500 Cert/250 SC - 0.50 energy per second Tier 3 implant - 750 Cert/350 SC - 0.75 energy per second Tier 4 implant - 1000 Cert/500 SC - 1 energy per second What do you think?
