I don't think so, that's how the launcher is supposed to look. You can try to launch PlanetSide 2 from the executable in your PlanetSide 2 folder, but even then I can't guarantee you won't see TotalBiscuit.
I know I should open a new topic, but I always forgot. Why everytimes I click the Advanced Tools, the image under the list is always missing and I can see through it? Should I delete a file or???
The launcher may have been corrupted and will need to be repaired before it will work correctly. You can repair the launcher with the launcher set up file from the following link: https://launch.soe.com/installer/PS2_setup.exe If the above doesn't work, I'd advise clearing the cache settings for the launch pad by going to the launchpad.libs folder in your PlanetSide 2 directory and delete the launchpad.cache folder and see if that fixes it.
