Does it only increase the accuracy from hipfiring or also from normal firing? Because when standing up, i still see a smaller crossair.
If i understand it (and you) correctly the laser sight 'reduces cone of fire when your NOT aiming down sights'. Hipfiring simply means not 'zooming in' it doesnt refer to crouch firing. Crouching further reduces your COF but makes you slow, the laser allows you to strafe around whilst standing with a reduced COF when your close enough to not need to aim down sights.
