Ever since the last patch, the game has been really glitchy. Numerous hitches and horrible FPS at various times while facing certain directions even at low pop. Wild swings in FPS for no apparent reason. There is about a three second delay for game chat as well. The in-game meters indicate good ping and decent FPS, but I know there is something really wrong. I have uninstalled the game, rolled back video drivers to no avail. In addition, logging in takes longer than it used to, porting to a new base or going through a teleporter causes the game to hang for a second. I am running a 4690k and a 660Ti with Win7 and I run on medium settings because of the issues (which still exist). I have met numerous folks who've had the same issues. Anyone else?
