Last I saw in the distance is a bunch of frozen vehicles or vehicles spinning around. I went closer and people were frozen or running in place. Soon after I started getting 1 frame per second and crashed myself. The sight was very strange. This is my report of that event. This happened 10:10 PM on Connery at Hvar - Indar
I have seen this same bug at Warpgate on Woodman server. It was probably on Indar but can't remember now. While the vehicles were spinning I noticed a few of the vehicles (at least one Galaxy) was falling apart. The others were exploding around the galaxy. My screen just froze and I was unable to move.
