KCAP ammo for all factions starter weapons

    With the change to nanoweave new players will see an improvement in kill potential finally.

    I would suggest taking this a step further with allowing this ammo to be an option across factions to ease new player retention.

    I've played ps2 since beta and would never dream of reducing my headshot damage. My fiancee, when I can convince her to play, does not have aiming down and would benefit from KCAP, but I also think it shouldn't punish it's usage much as it does.

    I would further suggest that KCAP ammo change headshots modifier from 2.0 to 1.8 and leg shots from 0.8 to 1.0. For reference the current values are headshots 1.5x, leg shots 1.2x, body shots 1.0x.

    Having a legshot BONUS damage modifier compared to body shots is silly.

    Lastly give KCAP ammo to all default weapons.
