Its cool that you can hover and sorta fly. How about jump jets, letting you jump x rather than get temp flight or falling glide. Granted you would need let it recharge once it was used.
Kind of sounds a bit like you're suggesting taking out one of the bonuses of the pack, and replacing it with something that already comes as a part of the current setup, so I don't really get it? You can use the current jets to scale things both vertically and to traverse gaps horizontally, seems to me a simple 'jump' would be much harder to control.
Sounds like he's talking about Icarus JJs, which were in the beta, but removed because they were supposedly causing latency problems. I'd like them to make a return as well, sometimes I'd like to have a rapid upward thrust, faster that the standard jets.
