I downloaded the PS2_setup.exe file to install the web installer, but when I open it, the splash screen shows and disappears after a few seconds, then an message pops up saying: "Installing SOE Web Installer requires Windows XP or newer Operating System". I have XP Service Pack 3 installed and updated, and not quite sure how to proceed.
