Is this normal for emerald?

    Not sure what you're getting at really? Alert history for just emerald seems mostly NC at least since yesterday or last few days seems VS had a good time then it stopped. So probably just the variance in whoever is logged in and all.

    If you're talking OUTSIDE of alerts..thats just population screwiness most likely in general.
