Title says it all. Since the recent hotfix, I've been getting crazy .3 frames per second lagspikes about every 5 minutes. They're relatively short and only last 10-15 seconds, but I think my lib passengers are losing patience with me every time my plane has a sudden urge to drop from the sky or start making out with a techplant.
I've had them today on Miller, pretty much how you described it. I'm using an Nvidia card so it doesn't seem to be an ATI specific issue.
