Hello! If you're reading this, you may be asking yourself several questions. Well never fear, I'm here to answer your burning inquiries! 1. Who are we? Alright, first things first, let's lay out the rules. They're pretty clear cut and easy to understand. - Ages 16+ only Iron is a mature guild built around a principle of gamers helping gamers. In that interest, there is an age requirement of at least 16 years. We do this to keep the arguments and childishness to a minimum, not out of disrespect. There is some wiggle room on this, but if you're under 16, you'll need to speak to an officer for special permission. - No flaming, slander, or badmouthing other guild memebers. We strive to be a friendly guild at all times. This means that issues that you may have with other members should not end up in verbal arguments that spill over and cause problems. If you have an issue, you should contact an officer and handle it privately. - Keep it PG We are a family friendly guild. We therefore ask that you not engage in any foul language. If you must, please keep it to a minimum and then only if it does not offend another guild member. This includes sexual and racial comments. Failure to follow this rule may result in demotion or termination from the guild. - Represent We are a full-time rep guild. If you are accepted as a member of Iron, you will be expected to not be a member of any other guild/clan and rep us at all times. - Other The full rules for Ironfist Warband may be viewed here Beyond that, Ironfist Warband is a community-based guild dedicated to improving its members cooperative gameplay experience. What this means is that we are concerned with the quality of the community you game in. We aim to raise the bar when it comes to online and (soon to come) console gaming and how gamers interact with one another. 2. What do we do? We're here for you! We believe that there's something to be gained from gaming in a communal environment. Your enjoyment is our main concern. Here in Iron, we work together to have a good time. Gaming together is fun, and that's what we like to do. Whether it's in our main game of Guild Wars 2, or one of our other divisions, there will always be someone there to game with. 3. How are we organized? There is a clear chain of command in Iron. You'll start out as a private, but with time and the right display of ability, you'll be able to move up the ranks to positions that will afford you responsibilities such as organizing guild events and reviewing the applications of new guild members. 4. That sounds great! How can I join? There's a very simple application process for Iron. Simply visit the homepage and click on "Join Us!" under the Application Forms tab. From there just follow the on screen instructions to submit your application. After submission, an officer will review your application (usually within minutes) and approve it. Congratulations! You're now a member of Ironfist Warband! 5. I've joined, now what? Go out and have fun!
