When crossing the road. I mean, really, cloaked when crossing the road when there are no enemies about? The only indication I see that you were there is when I get the message that I killed a friendly, then I see who I killed and their class, INF. If an inf is killed while cloaked by getting run over, it should not count as grief.
I'll agree with your last part...but even in friendly territory, I'd rather cloak so that other enemy infil targets YOU first Anyway, if ANY infantry gets run over ON THE ROAD, it's their fault.
drivers - you do not need to hold down W for your vehicle to function. If you are in a congested area moving at something other than top speed is advised.
