seems implants are bugged in vr on pts... tried it with tr and vs char its not possible to switch implants in vr. if you go vr with no implant equipped, you are not able to use any implant. you can go to a terminal and equip an implant, but it is not working - when you go back to terminal its not equipped at all. when you go vr with an implant equipped, its not possible to switch to another implant. at the terminal you can choose another implant, but it stays same implant.
not only vr. known issue, should be fixed soon. Thanks anyway. (in the future you can also use the Daybreak Community Issue tracker to track and manage your bug reports easy and fast.)
