Every rare once and awhile two rival platoons will run into each other while playing base hop-scotch and a glorious pitched battle ensues, usually resulting in the two armies fighting to gain territory until one manages to destroy the enemy Sunderers. These showcase all the strengths of the game, like maneuvering, strategy, teamwork, much more so than repetitive base assault meat grinders which tend to feel like nothing more than a huge zerg/spamfest. I hope the devs can find some way to encourage these types of battles to happen more often, I find myself having way way more fun when they do.
