Can we please... please... please... get the HAT to properly work on a joystick. Not being able to properly look around the cockpit really is a problem. There's a very old flight tactics adage... Lose sight, Lose the fight. It's in the joystick binds, it's a mappable view.... It clearly doesn't work. Well, sometimes it will work once, then it's broken.
i've found that switching between 3rd person and back to cockpit view sometimes fixes my errant free-look.
Yea but I don't want to have to try to switch in and out of 3rd person just to get my HAT to work. It needs to be fixed. But, thanks for the tip, I'll test it tonight.
