I do not have access to Mentor Chat, despite having completed the Leadership Directive tree

I had access to mentor chat prior to the patch on October 7, 2020. I've had the Leadership Directive tree done since 2018. I should have access to it now, but I don't. I assume this is a bug and was not intentional. Please fix, Daybreak. I enjoy helping newbies.
