Hi peeps, kinda found this out by accident. I use the default ultra settings and after the game loads , if you press 'm' go to the graphics menu and select ultra again, it gives the usual message of the settings will be applied once the game restarts but if you exit the menu and continue to play, you'll see motion blur is now restored to its full beauty!
