I just certed this and can't figure out how to set them. This is different from "Squad Way Points" (the glowing beam of orange light) and different from the "Squad Rally Points" (the colored smoke bombs). I posted this question with a [Guide] prefix because I couldn't find any documentation on this anywhere - searched these forums, PSU forums & Wiki, and the basic stuff on the main page. Hopefully an experienced Squad Leader will post a quick answer and this will help others.
Look at a capture point. Hold Q (or whatever you binded spotting to) until the ring appears. Pull mouse down (or up, if you use inverted Y-axis) for "set primary objective. And thats it. Needs to include more than just that IMO.
