I am posting this here because no one replied in the help section. I am trying since 22nd December and I still cannot get to make a help ticket. It always says that the website has a redirected loop and I don't know what to do. I want to make a help ticket about if I can get a refund on a certain item that I bought in station cash but is really bad (refund in terms of getting station cash back onto my account so I can spend it on something else). So will they do something like this or no? Thanks for all the help.
