Having Problems getting into voice chat

    I have a Titan AX 720 Headset (Great HS btw) and I am not picking up the voice chat ingame, or squad. I want to use it but here nada? Am I doing something wrong?
    When I go to the voice menu it says microphone is not on default, yet I can hear myself in my headset, but my microphone (In menu) is grey like it is not there.
    It also will not register on the test either.

    Can anyone help me with this :p ?
