While driving in first person mode, look to your right. There is plenty of room for a passenger, so why can't we use it? It wold make buggy squads a lot more viable (4 x 3 = 12). I always imagined the Harasser as a small squad's vehicle of choice, and I hope a fourth seat gets added to allow for this.
I think the empty seat to your right is supposed to be for the gunner. But even still, I like the idea of a squad having 4 harassers with 3 crew, over the idea of 3 harassers with 4 crew. Its just more deadly.
