[Suggestion] Give the Suppressor its own stats

    I think it's nice that you put another classic weapon into Planetside 2 for its 15th anniversary, but it has the same stats as an existing weapon. I am suggesting giving it unique stats and it will become much more desirable than it is now. What do you think?

    As long as they then made it available for Certs.
