[Suggestion] Give the dragoon's explosive ammunitions to the mini chaingun.

    I mean the TR empire specific ammo that lowers total overall dps but gives the weapon AoE, so it will be able to suppress like the dakka weapon it is supposed to be, while also make it more banshee themed and give it a bit of TR flavour without making it OP.
