G12 and G99 errors

I have been getting G12 error at random,in the middle of gameplay it would just crash and give me G12.

For anyone that dont know what G12 is: There is an issue with your character. Please contact In-Game Support
And I did 4 days ago but still no reply so I made a post here asking if there is a fix for that maybe?


Also I am getting G99 on the log in. On the launcher when I click play when the game starts and the loading screen pops up. The game just closes and says G99 error. So I start the game again and and then it works fine

I get G99 error as well wtf? How can I fix it easily?

Since you contacted the in-game Support then wait for an answer from them,most of the answers come after 6-7 days.
